By participating in this giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Guaranteed Painting Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

An eligible participant in this Giveaway must fill out the form on the Guaranteed Painting Company giveaway landing page at https://guaranteedpainting.com/landing_pages/giveaway/

and schedule a free estimate with Guaranteed Painting Company.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit https://guaranteedpainting.com/landing_pages/giveaway/

and complete the entry form with the required information during the Giveaway Period, as well as book a free estimate with Guaranteed Painting Company.

Limit one (1) entry per person per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize and Drawing Date

Grand Prize: Rangers vs. Astros Game Package

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to the Texas Rangers vs. Houston Astros game on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 6:10 PM at Daikin Park

Ticket location: Section 232, Row 12, Seats 12 and 13

One (1) $250 gift card to the team shop

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies based on ticket market value and gift card amount.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

The drawing will take place on May 4, 2026.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Guaranteed Painting Company’s use of their name, likeness, photo, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.

General Conditions

Guaranteed Painting Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Guaranteed Painting Company is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Guaranteed Painting Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
